•Manage, acquire, and deepen a portfolio of commercial customer relationships in the Business Banking target market.
•Lead advisory discussions to assess customer needs and position value-added recommendations.
•Engage COIs and internal partners to uncover and expand new business opportunities.
•Drive measurable sales outcomes including new loan and deposit generation, fee income, and customer satisfaction.
•Participate in significant community activity to expand the customer base and reinforce company commitments.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in upper Business Banking/Lower Middle Market experience.
•Completion of Commercial Credit Training.
•Meaningful experience with moderately complex portfolios, customers, and transactions.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Strong knowledge of salesforce and various lending applications, with consultative problem-solving, negotiation, and objection handling.
