Key Requirements

  • •FH-Diplom/Bachelor in Versorgungstechnik or TGA (field of study Versorgungstechnik/TGA)
  • •Professional experience in Versorgungstechnik (heating, ventilation/air conditioning, HVAC, plumbing/sanitary)
  • •Knowledge of VOB and the relevant HOAI performance phases
  • •Good Revit knowledge and ideally experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • •Very good German and English skills; affinity for AI tools and willingness to learn new AI technologies
