Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate UIR-related projects and initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery of objectives, milestones, quality, and business outcomes.
  • •Drive project execution by establishing priorities, tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • •Build partnerships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, and other functions to achieve shared goals.
  • •Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, facilitating alignment, managing expectations, and communicating transparently across the project lifecycle.
  • •Promote operational excellence via continuous improvement, process optimization, lessons-learned activities, and data-driven performance analysis and reporting.
