Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate UIR-related projects and initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery of objectives, milestones, quality, and business outcomes.
•Drive project execution by establishing priorities, tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
•Build partnerships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, and other functions to achieve shared goals.
•Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, facilitating alignment, managing expectations, and communicating transparently across the project lifecycle.
•Promote operational excellence via continuous improvement, process optimization, lessons-learned activities, and data-driven performance analysis and reporting.

•Proven project management capability, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders across organizational levels.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and transparent stakeholder engagement.
•Ability to lead and drive results in a matrix organization without direct authority.
•Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving capabilities and ownership mindset.
