Key Responsibilities

  • •Submit and reconcile pre-allocation reports; manage commission data and targets vs actuals.
  • •Monitor post-trade executions daily and perform EOD cross-checking of orders for accuracy and discrepancies.
  • •Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for trade execution metrics across asset classes using Python/VBA and visualize results in PowerBI/Databricks.
  • •Track IPO and placements paperwork, ensure fair allocations, maintain IPO summary data, and support compliance enquiries.
  • •Resolve settlement problems and coordinate required documentation for internal/external audits and regulators.

Key Requirements
