•Support execution of marketing initiatives across a varied agent portfolio to drive business growth.
•Project manage custom agent marketing creation, including design workflow, vendor coordination, agent updates, and post-campaign metrics.
•Develop and recommend marketing strategies across branding, print, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media.
•Analyze and optimize agents’ marketing plans and coordinate delivery across marketing and design teams, including associated materials.

•Project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines on time and within budget.
•Ability to work independently with ownership while collaborating in a team environment with attention to detail.
