Job Summary

Own the timely, accurate execution of BMC’s enterprise email and lifecycle marketing operations. Build and optimize email and nurture programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), including segmentation, forms, landing pages, automation rules, and Engagement Studio workflows. Ensure deliverability, quality, governance, and user experience across bmc.com-related web properties while partnering with global marketing organizations and using analytics for campaign attribution.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute production and back-office systems for bmc.com and related web properties with timely and accurate delivery.
•Build and manage enterprise email programs, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, automation rules, Engagement Studio programs, and audience segmentation.
•Maintain site and campaign quality through quality assurance, governance, and user experience improvements under the Sr. Manager of Web Operations.
•Ensure email deliverability and campaign execution best practices, including list hygiene and handling bounce management.
•Support global marketing organizations and enable attribution and marketing analytics for multi-region, complex lifecycle campaigns.

Salary: INR 1,588,350 - 2,647,250

Key Requirements

•6–9 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations.
•3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot).
•Proven experience executing enterprise B2B email marketing programs at scale, including emails, nurture programs, and audience segmentation.
•Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce and list hygiene).
•Experience with workflow tools such as Jira, Workfront, Asana, or ServiceNow; plus Salesforce CRM knowledge and analytics familiarity.
