Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies from design through production deployment.
  • •Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations to extend platform capabilities and accelerate delivery.
  • •Partner with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions to compliance and CX problems.
  • •Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services using event-driven architectures, caching, load balancing, and observability across AWS and Kubernetes.
  • •Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices to raise the team’s quality bar.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications using at least one backend language (Golang, Python, Java, or similar) and a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
  • •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar).
  • •Experience with distributed systems concepts such as caching, event-driven architectures, or API integrations.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through documentation, design proposals, or code reviews.
  • •Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.
