Job Summary

Senior Visual/UI Designer to shape OKX’s product design across web and mobile, leading branding and visual strategy for crypto/Web3 products. You will craft engaging visuals, collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams, mentor other designers, and drive brand expression through innovative UI/UX design and branding for retail, advanced traders, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop captivating visual assets for the OKX website and app that align with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and unified visual presence across all platforms.
•Collaborate closely with product designers to strengthen our brand identity and improve product experiences, offering professional and creative insights as needed.
•Design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows.
•Be a driver for all aspects of product visual design and execution, including pitching ideas, and communicating the solutions to necessary stakeholders within the company.
•Stay abreast of the latest design trends in the industry and gain a thorough understanding of OKX's diverse lines of business and financial products to drive innovative strategies for product and branding.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, with at least 2 years of UI design or digital product design experience
•Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, with proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and other design software
•Good understanding of human-centered design principles and designing outstanding digital products
•Strong illustration, graphic design, advertising design, and visual expression skills
•Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in the crypto/Web3 industry
