Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS deployments across operating systems, cloud providers, security architectures, and organizations to meet SLAs.
  • •Plan and execute content migrations between ArcGIS deployments with varying architectures and components.
  • •Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments, advising on storage, networking, and security aspects.
  • •Collaborate with customers/partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to align customer objectives with Esri’s technology platform.
