Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization and design significant parts of our infrastructure across teams
  • •Raise the bar on how we build and operate software by setting standards for robust, maintainable, scalable, and secure systems
  • •Grow engineering talent through mentoring, coaching, and hiring to ensure high-quality output
  • •Deliver for the business by balancing delivery speed with quality to provide valuable user experiences
  • •Contribute to product and customer focus by understanding user needs and translating them into technical decisions
