Job Summary

Detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, store, and ship products in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with test and production teams, maintain accurate inventory using Excel and warehouse management systems, and drive operational excellence in Anduril’s NSW warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and inspect shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure processes are met.
•Efficiently pick work orders, label, package, and document products to meet expectations and support seamless order fulfillment.
•Use Excel and warehouse management systems to track inventory, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies; improve inventory management as needed.
•Generate and update inventory reports using Excel to support management in decision-making and process improvements.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse by adhering to safety and operational protocols; communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and optimize operations.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience as a warehouse or logistics coordinator or equivalent role.
•Experience collaborating cross functionally and polished communication skills.
•Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.
•Forklift/crane license(s) and a valid driver’s license.
•Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
