Director of Implementation

Director of Implementation leads end-to-end onboarding for Confido customers, designing scalable deployment processes, managing enterprise software rollouts, and coordinating with product, sales, and CS to ensure successful go-lives from kickoff to go-live. This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to tailor the Confido platform to complex customer workflows, with NYC headquarters as a base.
