Job Summary

Build and optimize system-level software for the NVIDIA DriveWorks SDK to enable scalable autonomous vehicle development. You’ll design architectures and frameworks, implement high-efficiency C++ code with CUDA/GPGPU acceleration, and develop sensor drivers and data recording/playback/visualization tools. Collaborate with vendors and vehicle/control teams, perform in-vehicle testing, and support data collection campaigns while adhering to safety and quality standards.

•Design and optimize software architectures and frameworks to meet or exceed customer performance specifications.
•Develop high-efficiency C++ product code using CUDA for GPGPU algorithmic parallelism while meeting MISRA safety and quality standards.
•Build sensor drivers, plug-ins, and core data processing components; create optimized sensor data recording, playback, and visualization tools.
•Collaborate with vendors to design and integrate vehicular sensors and partner with control/vehicle teams to build self-driving interfaces.
•Perform in-vehicle testing, collect field data, analyze data integrity, and support data collection campaigns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Excellent C and C++ programming skills.
•8+ years developing and debugging multithreaded/distributed applications (e.g., multimedia systems, game engines).
•Strong knowledge of programming/debugging techniques for parallel and distributed architectures.
•Background with Linux, Android, and/or other real-time operating systems.
