•Design and improve processes, training, and quality systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and high impact.
•Use data to drive insights and decisions, identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and implementing improvements.
•Partner closely with engineering to design, test, and roll out automation and workflow improvements, including AI-powered tools.
•Deliver an exceptional experience for patients and providers through operational rigor and empathy.
•Collaborate with leadership to inform strategy, forecast capacity, and shape how the company scales over time.

Key Requirements

•2–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or another analytical, outcome-oriented environment (startup experience a plus).

•Strong analytical and technical fluency with comfort working with data (bonus for SQL, automation tools, or AI-driven systems).
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a reputation for being a high-NPS teammate.
