Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end ML system execution: data pipelines, training workflows, evaluation systems, inference architecture, and deployment.
•Fine-tune and adapt models using state-of-the-art methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation.
•Architect and operate scalable inference systems, balancing latency, cost, and reliability.
•Design and maintain data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data.
•Collaborate closely with application engineering to integrate ML systems cleanly into backend, mobile, and desktop products.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record shipping production ML systems (data pipelines, training workflows, evaluation systems, inference architecture, deployment).
•Strong Python experience with PyTorch or JAX and experience with GPU-based training/inference.
•Experience fine-tuning/adapting models using LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation.
•Ability to design scalable data systems and evaluation pipelines focusing on performance, robustness, safety, and bias.
•Self-directed, pragmatic, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams across research, infrastructure, and product.
