Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales to hit individual and store targets, executing sales strategies and action plans set by managers.
  • •Maintain customer service standards, represent the brand positively, and handle customer complaints with managers.
  • •Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company SOPs, including merchandising and store upkeep.
  • •Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled stock counts, support receiving and price tagging, and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours.
  • •Update customer databases and complete sales, inventory, and customer service reporting as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
