Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare market- and competitor studies and analyze forecasts and sales for international contexts.
  • •Develop collection and marketing strategies for assigned product lines.
  • •Coordinate with merchandising, design, and development to ensure collections reflect market needs and manage product concept coordination across segments.
  • •Drive the product creation process aligned to the go-to-market calendar and present product strategy to international partners and key accounts.
  • •Plan and check instore date/product flow; validate Free on Board pricing versus target margins and challenge product costing from design through production release.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • •Minimum 6 years of international apparel experience in a similar role at a top international sports company or vertical apparel brand.
  • •Very good knowledge and passion for sportswear and consumer trends.
  • •Deep analytical skills and strong business orientation in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
  • •Very good verbal and written communication skills in English; deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
