Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical supervision, monitoring, inspection, coordination, and quality control of contractor construction activities within the Smart City development.
  • •Ensure plumbing works (potable water, domestic water, irrigation, drainage, sewerage) are executed per approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes/standards.
  • •Review plumbing shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, and method statements; inspect pipework, valves, chambers, tanks, pumps and related equipment.
  • •Witness pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, disinfection, and commissioning; review testing and commissioning documentation and as-built/handover documentation.
  • •Coordinate corrective actions for construction issues and coordinate plumbing works with civil, structural, electrical, landscape, and building services; coordinate connections with external utilities and authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant plumbing engineering experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant Smart City, infrastructure, large-scale development, or technology-enabled infrastructure project experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Middle East/GCC region (mandatory).
