Key Responsibilities

  • •Create the organisation structure and operating model to mobilise enterprise data modelling for EMEA.
  • •Drive adoption of enterprise data models locally and regionally across Business, IT, and Data teams.
  • •Lead development of conceptual and logical data models for the Silver layer (and Gold layer where applicable) and map to the Business Information Model.
  • •Use the data model as a common language to communicate data relationships, definitions, rules, and requirements across stakeholders.
  • •Ensure data governance and compliance by controlling the model, capturing decisions through forums, and standardising where possible across the bank.
