Collect delinquent accounts using agreed collection strategies while following all collection policies and guidelines. Manage client communications with transparency and professionalism, provide cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements, and accurately disclose account information. Meet collection performance goals, execute call scripts, document all collection efforts in the system of record, and process payments and transactions. Complete required CBT courses and coordinate with client default leaders on escalations such as repossessions and complaints.
