Key Responsibilities

  • •Account for the safety of project staff and project operations while implementing the HSE management system (HSEMS).
  • •Maintain strict compliance with company HSE policy and conduct spot checks to enforce zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
  • •Supervise subcontractors and site team on safety issues and inspect sites, tools, and equipment against safety regulations.
  • •Coordinate accidents/injuries, lead incident investigations, and track close-out of corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
  • •Prepare and coordinate HSE training plans, observe emergency mock drills, and maintain HSE registers, incident reports, and lessons learned records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree, or relevant/equivalent professional qualification
  • •Relevant HSE management qualification
  • •Certification/Membership: NEBOSH / OSHA

  • •Knowledge and understanding of the ISM Code, mandatory rules and regulation, and applicable codes/guidelines/standards
