  • •Translate short-term personnel demand planning into execution and monitor key performance indicators to guide the team to delivery outcomes.
  • •Manage team work schedules and operational routines, controlling delays, absences, leaves, overtime, and time-bank records.
  • •Track team delivery and development through evaluations, feedback, and routing to training.
  • •Standardize and optimize operational shift handovers, ensuring proper communication and team division aligned to demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS/LMS systems.
  • •Experience managing people and operational teams with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Experience leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring people-management processes and staying close to all levels as a culture principle disseminator.
  • •Availability to work in Perus/SP (KM 29 da Anhanguera) in the 3rd shift.
