Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and direction to the PMC project management team and act as the primary interface with ADNOC Offshore and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee execution of all project phases, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  • •Ensure safe delivery, adherence to schedule and budget, and compliance with quality standards and ADNOC/Wood requirements, including embedded HSE leadership.
  • •Maintain accountability for project schedule and cost performance, reviewing contractor plans, forecasts, progress measurement, and recovery actions while implementing corrective measures.
  • •Lead major issue resolution (technical, contractual, commercial, schedule, and execution) and manage risks, opportunities, changes, and potential claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
  • •Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience, predominantly within the oil and gas industry.
  • •Extensive experience managing major offshore oil and gas projects, preferably in an EPC/EPCM/PMC environment.
  • •Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary offshore projects covering engineering through commissioning and close-out.
  • •Strong commercial, contractual, cost-control, planning, risk-management, and change-management experience.
