Customer Care Representative - Parksville

Provide exceptional customer care at a retail hearing clinic in Parksville, supporting clients in person, by phone, and by email. Schedule appointments, organize clinic files, and manage client accounts while building relationships. Work with insurance providers to support third-party billing, and assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs with training provided. This is a 3-month contract role (with possible extension) with extended health benefits from day one.
