Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead business plans for key expansion areas and partners, impacting product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Serve as a lead advisor to top strategic partners using Fever’s data and technology to help partners succeed and grow.
•Lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases and drive metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROI.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and efficient during rapid scaling.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever’s global product and marketing capabilities.

Key Requirements

•4-5+ years in an analytical business role with strategy consulting experience, fast-growing startups, or investment banking; proven track record delivering measurable growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions and craft narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures and disciplines.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus); proficiency in SQL, Python, or R preferred; willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires.
