Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with clients to deliver Databricks-based data solutions and modern data ecosystems.
  • •Develop batch and streaming data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows, integrating real-time and batch data sources.
  • •Design and optimize lakehouse architectures and data products using Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and governed pipelines.
  • •Apply data modeling and optimization methods, including medallion architecture and methodologies such as star schemas, Data Vault, Kimball, and Inmon.
  • •Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams to ensure quality, governance, security, and successful adoption of deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles, with at least 3+ years working with Databricks.
  • •Proven experience building data pipelines on Databricks and cloud-native platforms.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise across ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance, and consumption of data.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of the Databricks platform (Spark/PySpark/Scala, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow).
  • •University degree required (BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field preferred).
