Job Summary

Lead engineering configuration and data management for Boeing’s Proprietary, Autonomous & Maritime Programs within the SI&WS division. Serve as PLM Project Leader to deploy Integrated Product Data Management (IPDM) at the El Segundo site, driving continuous improvement in PLM processes and tools for a regulated engineering data environment. Partner with program, IT, enterprise PLM, and Siemens stakeholders to improve data quality, tool performance, and operational efficiency across manufacturing and engineering commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team supporting Proprietary, Autonomous & Maritime Programs.
•Serve as SI&WS PLM Project leader for deployment of IPDM in El Segundo in collaboration with program, IT, enterprise PLM, and Siemens.
•Develop and implement organizational and technical strategies to enhance team, process, and tool performance.
•Provide education, coaching, and guidance on PLM processes and tools to internal teams and external partners.
•Oversee process documentation and ensure compliance with engineering data standards and export control regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,750 - 224,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or related fields) or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
•10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•5+ years of manager experience leading engineering teams.
•Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems, Change Management, and PLM processes and tools.
•Working knowledge of U.S. ITAR, U.S. EAR, and Sanctions Controls.
