Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop components of vinyl, composite, aluminum, and steel guardrail, fencing, decorative accents, decking, and molded systems, including stress analysis and BOM creation/maintenance.
  • •Assist manufacturing with engineering support issues, including bill of materials, engineering drawings, implementing product changes, and launching new products.
  • •Create test plans and coordinate in-house R&D testing of systems and components during product development.
  • •Create product specifications, drawings, and quality expectations for finished products.
  • •Create 3D model renderings for marketing/website materials and use a 3D printer to create parts for review.
