Job Summary

Drive store success by meeting sales and profit targets through strong customer service, selling, and loyalty-building as a brand ambassador. Execute store operations end to end, including KPI ownership, brand customer service standards, visual merchandising and in-store communication, and fast, accurate cash register transactions. Process deliveries, replenish fixtures to keep the sales floor fully stocked, minimize loss, and complete training while continuously improving performance.

•Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets through effective selling and customer engagement.

•Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent the full product offer on the sales floor.
•Complete cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, and perform store operations safely and efficiently.

•Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and take ownership to meet or exceed them using store resources.
•Execute brand customer service standards and consistently embody the brand attitude and values.
•Use seasonal brand and product knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
•Adhere to established policies and procedures and execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
•High school education is required; preferably 6 months of sports/fashion retail experience and basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
