Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Deliver an exceptional client experience by engaging customers, facilitating courteous conversations, and uncovering needs during transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities for referral.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance with current guidelines.

Key Requirements
