Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the senior security representative and primary interface between client security, account leadership, and delivery teams, providing escalation for significant security issues.
  • •Own, maintain, and continually improve the Account Security Management Plan and security governance arrangements, ensuring security requirements are embedded throughout delivery.
  • •Provide independent oversight and challenge of security controls, assurance activities, risks, and risk treatment plans, including audit engagements and remediation through completion.
  • •Provide security architecture oversight and security-by-design assurance for significant architectural, technology, and service changes across the account lifecycle.
  • •Maintain regulatory, contractual, and compliance oversight, translating requirements into governance and reporting, and drive continual improvement from incidents, audits, and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior information security leadership, Security Director, CISO, or virtual CISO roles.
  • •Proven strategic security leadership within large, complex, regulated organisations.
  • •Experience acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and senior business/client security stakeholders.
  • •Experience developing and leading security governance, risk management, and assurance programmes, including owning Security Management Plans.
  • •Significant experience in enterprise security architecture and security-by-design principles, plus assurance/audit remediation leadership through completion.
