Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with clients to frame problems and design solutions that improve the associate experience using organizational science and analysis.
  • •Build and drive programs and solutions for partners, including measurement and validation strategies.
  • •Partner with teams to design experiments that identify key drivers of associate behavior.
  • •Analyze program impact and combine insights with organizational science to support data-driven decisions.
  • •Generate insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders using strong written and oral communication and visualization skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 119,400 - 149,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree.
  • •At least 1 year of professional work experience in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Behavioral Science.
  • •At least 1 year of data analysis experience, including building statistical models in R, Python, or SQL.
  • •At least 2 years of experience consulting with internal or external clients across a variety of seniority levels and technical experience.
  • •Preferred: PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Behavioral Science; and knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies (regression, longitudinal analysis, or Bayesian modeling).
