Key Responsibilities

•UofM Institutional Case Management: manage the longitudinal lifecycle of oncology test orders within the University of Michigan Health System, ensuring samples move through pathology, central labs, and Natera processing.
•Workflow Optimization & Troubleshooting: map and master internal lab ordering systems, EHR routing, and specimen release policies; proactively resolve data gaps and delays.
•Patient Cadence Adherence: monitor testing logs and coordinate with clinic staff to maintain prescribed serial testing cadences.
•Account Service & Partnership: partner with COS to support relationships with oncologists, nurse navigators, and pathology staff.
•Clinician Education & Compliance: educate clinical teams on Natera’s digital tools and HIPAA/compliance requirements; ensure data sharing adheres to guidelines.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; background in medical sciences, biology, or healthcare administration highly preferred.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, clinical support, case management, or laboratory operations.
•Institutional domain knowledge inside the University of Michigan Health System (Michigan Medicine) is heavily preferred.
•Strong case management skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-step processes in oncology or a clinical/lab setting.
•Technical savviness with ability to learn and navigate internal tracking databases, CRM tools, and hospital portals.
