Job Summary

Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship Sephora products using established processes and production rates. You’ll be cross-trained across warehouse departments to support receiving, shipping, and inventory replenishment needs. Follow all safety (including OSHA) and loss prevention policies, maintain reliable attendance, respond to shift leadership, and provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship orders to retail stores and online customers.
•Cross-train across warehouse departments to perform receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping tasks based on operational needs.
•Follow established operating procedures and meet production rates.
•Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible schedule, including designated shifts and overtime.
•Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and respond proactively to direction from leadership and shift coordinators.

Key Requirements

•Follow company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to maintain safe working practices.
•Comply with all company loss prevention policies and procedures.
•Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse.
•Use WMS picking procedures or equivalent menu-driven applications, and be able to learn the warehouse layout.
•Lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the scheduled shift.
