Key Responsibilities

  • •Outreach to, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program virtually and in-person at partner locations.
  • •Listen to eligible members, meet them where they are, and conduct multiple outreach attempts as needed.
  • •Educate partners on Pair Team’s services and link eligible members to Enhanced Care Management.
  • •Explain services and benefits while addressing hesitancy and distrust through empathetic communication.
  • •Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, providing updates and meeting enrollment metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Physically located in the United States and able to work PST hours.
  • •Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • •Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple technology platforms for virtual outreach.
  • •A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
