Key Responsibilities

  • •Own each bet end to end, defining goals, success metrics, and the problem it goes after.
  • •Take ideas from thesis to evidence by framing the problem, sizing the prize, and defining what “working” means before building.
  • •Prototype fast and often (sometimes yourself) to get v0s in front of clinicians quickly.
  • •Get out of the building by sitting in clinics, observing how visits run, and turning insights into next-sprint work.
  • •Run pilots and make scale-or-kill recommendations, owning the narrative with founders, leadership, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in product, strategy consulting, operations, or a founding team, with evidence of what you’ve owned and shipped.
  • •Proof you build: products with real users and tangible prototypes or tools your team continues to use.
  • •Strong analytical skills to size markets, structure ambiguous problems, and build models that reflect reality.
  • •Discipline to define kill criteria early and act on them when needed.
  • •Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and fluency with core LLM concepts (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation).
