Drives blueprint, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare within a OneRTX ERP transformation, shaping global trade compliance across RTX’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and customize SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Risk Management, and Electronic Reporting).
•Lead end-to-end implementations, including configuration, SAP S/4HANA integration, and testing.
•Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and align processes with SAP GTS capabilities.
•Enhance GTS processes using S/4HANA GTS module while aligning with RTX's operating model and industry best practices.
•Develop innovative solutions to support digital strategies and design goals.

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 7 years, or 14 years in absence of a degree
•Hands-on experience configuring, building, and implementing SAP GTS and integration with SAP EWM and other logistics modules
•Strong background in export/import legal control processes (license determination, embargo checks, duty savings via preference management)
•Experience updating compliance master data (ECCNs, HTS codes), customs valuation, duty calculations, and preference management
•Willingness to travel up to 25%
