CSR/Teller - Center Road - Burton MI - Part Time

Provide excellent customer service while serving as a trusted teller and customer resource. Listen to customers’ needs, ask questions, and guide them to appropriate financial solutions. Maintain confidentiality, follow conduct and risk policies, and perform daily office responsibilities including cash handling and balancing records. Identify customer needs during outreach, refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations, and resolve issues professionally.
