Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble main, PT, and reactor cores and related sub-assemblies per customer specifications, blueprints, bills of material, and operating procedures.
  • •Load, stack, and palletize cores and coils while ensuring alignment with order numbers, labeling units, and applying steel banding straps.
  • •Build sub-assemblies to OPS and quality standards using calibrated tools, and operate brazing equipment as needed.
  • •Test finished units using a TTR Tester, troubleshoot issues found during testing, and perform rework on damaged or defective components to meet quality standards.
  • •Operate and maintain tools and equipment, conduct routine maintenance, follow safety protocols and 5S/housekeeping, and contribute to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • •No relocation benefit is being offered, and candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX (active-duty military exempt).

  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
