Job Summary

Design, develop, and evaluate high-quality training solutions that build workforce capability. Serve as the link between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional development to create engaging, compliant learning materials aligned to competency and business requirements. Conduct compliance reviews and map content to competency frameworks and regulatory requirements, using ADDIE and human-centred design principles. Validate e-learning through user testing, support SMEs and stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, review, and evaluate compliant learning solutions and training materials.
•Collaborate with SMEs to develop training products and integrate stakeholder feedback.
•Conduct compliance reviews and map content against competency frameworks and regulatory requirements.
•Apply instructional design methodologies (including ADDIE and human-centred design) and validate e-learning through user testing.
•Provide instructional design support and guidance to SMEs and project stakeholders while delivering training to agreed schedules and maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Experience developing training solutions in an RTO, Defence, aviation, or other highly regulated environment.
•Sound knowledge of ADDIE and competency-based training, including AQSA requirements.
•Strong stakeholder engagement skills working effectively with SMEs and project teams.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Certificate IV in Training & Assessment; qualifications in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Training Design are highly regarded.
