Manage and deliver a complete, measurable MAC Consultancy Service for dedicated client accounts, ensuring MAC projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to completion, overseeing move/fit-out/strip-out work, space planning, supplier and third-party contractor management, and accurate reporting of activity and client matrices. Recruit, onboard, develop, and performance-manage Move Managers and Space Planners while driving profitability, cost control, and continuous business growth.
