Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root causes/shortages, and drive closure of supply gaps.
  • •Maintain end-to-end ownership for products/projects to meet production supply targets from wafer fab through final finishing goods pack out.
  • •Manage OSATs to drive throughput and efficiency, including daily tracking of WIP movement and cycle time.
  • •Oversee planning parameters and collaborate with ENG/IE to improve supply planning and execution.
  • •Run supply planning simulations and monitor supply capability to advise risk mitigation, driving cross-functional actions to recover from excursions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,245,720 - 1,779,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering/production control.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing production planning & control within a supply chain organization.
  • •Experience in outsourcing/OSAT management and design house related work.
  • •Ability to clearly and fluently communicate verbally and in writing in English and Chinese.
  • •Strong data analysis skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
