Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct front-end innovation design for handheld consumer electronics, including user interviews, usability testing, and user research.
  • •Lead industrial and product design concepts from ideation to front-end execution, covering form factor, ergonomics, CMF, usability, and manufacturability.
  • •Develop holistic design solutions by understanding product ecosystems, hardware–software integration, and real-world usage scenarios.
  • •Create sketches, industrial design visuals, 3D concepts, and prototypes; iterate based on cross-team feedback.
  • •Independently deliver design outputs and document design specifications/workflows to support engineering and mass production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years of industrial or product design experience with a portfolio covering handheld consumer electronics or smart hardware.
  • •Strong foundation in industrial design including ergonomics and CMF.
  • •Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
  • •Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English, with strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
