Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by performing washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within Inspection Centers (Lot Attendant).
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana “spinners” (Photobooth Associate).
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate).
  • •Support post-production work in a high-tech Inspection Center while following safety procedures and availability for mandatory overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be prepared for excessive weather exposure (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
  • •Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
