Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the quantity surveying function for multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project requirements and budgets.
  • •Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on all quantity surveying matters, including cost estimation, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • •Conduct detailed cost analysis, tender evaluations, and value engineering exercises to optimize project costs and ensure value for money.
  • •Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive quantity surveying strategies and solutions tailored to project objectives.
  • •Review and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Extensive experience in road, bridge, highway, tunnel, rail, metro, and related infrastructure projects, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • •Strong proficiency in quantity surveying software such as CostX, Candy, or similar platforms.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry standards, especially in the Saudi Arabian context.
