Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Oversee delivery of major remediation programs/projects, identifying and addressing governance, risk, and performance issues.
  • •Manage people responsibilities for approximately 60 department staff, including mentoring, succession planning, and performance evaluation.
  • •Grow profitable backlog by partnering with client account managers and leadership to develop budgets and lead capture strategies for key pursuits.
  • •Serve as a point of escalation for project issues; ensure alignment with AECOM PDS/QMS requirements and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasting data.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field plus 10 years of related experience (or equivalent).
  • •Actively share people management responsibilities and collaborate with others.
