  • •Architect, standardize, and iterate on Zip’s core Jaggaer integration templates for scalable, repeatable customer implementations.
  • •Bridge product and field by aligning integration templates with core product architecture, field insights, and emerging customer needs.
  • •Analyze complex customer implementations and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets via reusable data mapping patterns.
  • •Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures for best-practice deployments.
  • •Define, document, and champion integration/solution consulting best practices to raise consistency across implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models in eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and CLM.
  • •Familiarity with Jaggaer integration methods including REST/SOAP APIs and direct data transfers.
  • •Experience with ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration.
