Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine and planned quality inspections of hard services, soft services, specialized services, civil, ICT, and subcontractor activities for compliance.
  • •Inspect completed maintenance works, preventive maintenance, projects, and service deliveries to verify workmanship quality and client expectations.
  • •Monitor compliance with SLAs, KPIs, quality objectives, and operational procedures across facilities management functions.
  • •Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality issues, escalate them, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Maintain inspection records and quality documentation, support audits, and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
  • •Certification in ISO standards (QMS preferred).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FM site inspections, facilities management, building maintenance, construction, or engineering services.
  • •Experience inspecting hard services, soft services, civil, ICT, and specialized facilities management operations.
  • •Proficiency with CAFM systems and digital inspection platforms is advantageous; familiarity with FM service contracts and facility types is preferred.
