Embedded with the Solutions Architecture team, you’ll build production-quality tools and automation that increase SA productivity. Ship code daily to accelerate technical discovery, solution design, demos, user engagements, and territory/pipeline management. Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities like LLMs and agents for measurable leverage, then harden high-potential workflows into scalable solutions for org-wide adoption, including custom demo environments and technical assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Solutions Architects, SA leadership, Product, and Engineering to scope technical work and translate ambiguous business needs into deliverables.
•Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, workflow automation) to improve measurable productivity.
•Architect and build internal tools, agents, and automated workflows that accelerate SA and manager productivity across key workflows.
•Harden high-potential tools and workflows built by SAs and managers into scalable, maintainable, production-grade solutions.
•Build custom demo environments, PoC applications, and technical assets for strategic customer engagements, and document tools and architectures for adoption.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as an engineer shipping production systems.
•Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including debugging failing systems and tracing issues across services.
•Experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation beyond basic prompt engineering.
•Ability to scope and deliver work with minimal oversight in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
•Proficiency in at least two of: Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js.
