Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems for efficient document management and retrieval.
  • •Oversee document lifecycle activities including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving in line with policies and industry standards.
  • •Monitor version control, change management, and document status tracking across documents and repositories.
  • •Coordinate with project teams, departments, and external stakeholders to enable document exchange and collaboration.
  • •Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and compliance; provide training and generate reports on document control performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant working experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO documentation standards and regulatory requirements governing document control.
  • •In-depth knowledge of records management principles, procedures, and record keeping/filing.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control software, databases, and repositories for storage, retrieval, and access control.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required to be successful in the role.
